What is required of the patient to develop a Realine treatment plan?

Answer: Assuming you are a candidate for Realine treatment, one of Dr. Meyer's highly qualified assistants (Licensed Certified Dental Assistant, in fact!) will need to obtain a few items before your Realine trays can be fabricated. We'll need:

- Impressions of your teeth. Be advised, these impressions need to be *perfect*, so it may require several attempts before the "final" impression is obtained. Not that it's a big deal, but here's hoping that the impression comes out *perfect* the first time!

- An X-Ray which spins around the outside of your head (called a panelipse X-Ray). This is real easy. The X-Ray machine spins around the outside of your head while you remain perfectly still for about 22 seconds.

- Three pictures of your teeth (front, left, and right). These are also real easy: just smile! These photos, as well as your X-Ray, will be uploaded to Dr. Meyer's account on realine.com, and nowhere else without your permission.

(Where else might these photos be uploaded, with your permission? Well, Dr. Meyer likes to show real-life in-house results on this website. You may be entitled to a discount on your treatment fees if you allow your before, during and after pictures to appear on www.jpmeyer.com!)

After these preliminary records are obtained, they are sent to Realine for an in-depth analysis and treatment plan sequence. There is a fee of $250 for all this preliminary work. If you decide to proceed with Realine, the preliminary records fee is credited towards your entire treatment fee. If you decide not to proceed, the preliminary records fee is non-refundable.
